Chiltern Solicitors is a niche legal practice which specialises in employment cases. We also represent clients in relation to motoring matters and criminal litigation matters on a private client basis. Please note that we do not undertake legal aid type work.

The principal at Chiltern Solicitors is Philip Ivinson. Phil was admitted as a solicitor in 1994. He has considerable experience in both employment and criminal/motoring matters and undertakes litigation of such cases personally. Prior to forming Chiltern Solicitors, Phil was a partner of a prominent local firm of solicitors in Beds and Herts and headed up their employment and criminal/motoring litigation department.

Our offices are open from 8.30am until 5.30pm with an out of office hours telephone number.

We firmly believe that our clients deserve the best possible service and should be able to contact us out of office hours should the need arise. We are also pleased to offer out of office hours appointments, including both evenings and weekends. Home visits can be arranged if necessary. Our offices are wheelchair friendly.
